Bernie Madoff is currently in prison serving a 150 year sentence for defrauding investors. A new book will be released on August 25 that will share a new revelation–the fact that he had a twenty year relationship with a mistress.
Sheryl Weinstein penned a memoir titled Madoff’s Other Secret: Love, Money, Bernie, and Me. The book reveals that the couple met when she was chief financial officer for charitable women’s organization Hadassah.
According to Weinstein, both couples were married throughout their long term affair. Ruth Madoff, through her attorney, indicates she knew nothing about the extra-marital dalliance between her husband and his lover.
