Kendall Jenner debuted a modern update on the flapper dress at at the Cannes Film Festival on Saturday, attending the Vanity Fair and Chopard party wearing a form-fitting blazer dress with a fringed skirt by Mathieu Mirano.

The sleek midnight blue top revealed a hint of cleavage, with the fabric fading into black around the model’s hips. The dress’ fringe fell to the floor, but showed off Jenner’s gorgeous gams.
With her hair worn down and tousled, Jenner looked positively glowing – sunkissed by the French Riviera’s beams.

Jenner knows that the Cannes red carpet is the perfect excuse to try out more daring looks – which she also did, earlier this week in a thigh-baring lacy designer mini dress.
